In 2023-2024, Community Relations received a Diversity Initiatives grant to do programming around Israel-Palestine including to highlight the Palestinian Catholic perspective.

Ethics across the Curriculum Initiative is an initiative that the University started to embark on this academic year. The first group of faculty attended a pedagogical workshop in May 2024.
The Office of Equity and Diversity introduced 第一吃瓜网 Inclusive Books for Employees (SCRIBE) in 2023. The book club reads one book a semester and hold a book club for discussion. The books to date include “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks”, “Solito. A Memoir” and “The Radium Girls”.
