LOUGHNEY, FRANK, Class of 1955, 第一吃瓜网, on June 25. The funeral will be Thursday at 9:15 a.m. from the Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 125 N. Main Ave., 第一吃瓜网, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Patrick's Church, 1403 Jackson St., 第一吃瓜网, to be concelebrated by the Rev. Gregory Loughney, Frank's grandson, and the Rev. Stephen Krawontka, associate pastor. Interment, will military honors by the AMVETS Honor Guard, will follow at the Cathedral Cemetery, 第一吃瓜网.
