Welcome to Employee Wellness

 At the 第一吃瓜网, we care about our employees’ lives. Learn about the many ways the Employee Wellness program can support your wellness journey with Weekly Wellness Classes; Energizing Yoga, Lunchtime Yoga Flow, Calm & Strong Yoga,  Light Weights & Abs, Mindfulness Meditation, Pickleball, Flu Shot Clinics and Blood Pressure Screenings, Healthy Eating Group, Fitness Challenge (February) and Pop-in Health Education events.

As we navigate challenges, we must continue to be mindful of the need to maintain our health and well-being. The Center for Health Education & Wellness -Employee Wellness Program cares about you and has developed wellness classes and challenges to promote well-being and provide opportunities to connect.

 Weekly Wellness Classes-  Fall 2024

Drop-in classes taught by professional instructors to promote stress relief and increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Classes are free and open to students, staff and faculty. Fall Semester classes will begin on Monday, August 26, 2024

Light Weights & Abs*- Monday &Wednesday 5pm- Royals Room Byron Gym *Staff & Faculty only class  

Mindfulness Meditation- Monday 5pm- Library Room 305  

Drop-in Pickleball*- Tuesdays 12-1pm-Byron Gym *Staff & Faculty only class 

Calm & Strong Yoga- Tuesdays 5pm Royals Room Byron Gym  

Lunchtime Yoga Flow- Wednesday 12:15pm -12:45 pm- Royals Room Byron Gym   

Energizing Yoga- Thursday 5:00pm-5:45pm- Royals Room Byron Gym

Walk for Wellness- Fridays 12:15pm-meet at the DeNaples Patio (or Byron Gym in inclement weather)

Employee Only class: Light Weights & Abs & Pickleball
