CMS Training听

The Office of Marketing Communications is responsible for all CMS training and support. We offer group training sessions periodically throughout the year:

  • Basic training for new employees and anyone who needs a refresher is offered once a month, or on demand with video recordings of training sessions. 
    • To register for basic CMS training, please submit a ticket through the CMS Service Desk. The link to the Service Desk is on the "Web CMS Resources card" on the homepage of the My第一吃瓜网 portal: 
    • Box that says "Web CMS Resources" with four links below it.
    • If you are a new CMS user, you will first need to submit a request for access to the CMS through Royal IT Support. The link Royal IT Support is on the "IT Support" card on the My第一吃瓜网 homepage:
    • Box that says "IT Support" with two links and an email address below it.
  • Other training sessions are typically offered once or twice a semester and are announced through emails to all CMS users. The sessions include:
    • Managing Your Content in the CMS
    • Writing for the Web
    • New Features in the CMS
