Current Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors

Housing Selection Information

Rising junior and senior students are not required to live on campus.  Rising juniors must obtain per第一吃瓜网 through the Off Campus Application Process to live off campus during 2026-2027 academic year.

ALL rising juniors and seniors are required to complete the Intent for Housing Application in the housing portal. On this form, students will indicate if they plan to go off campus, stay on campus, or commute. 

Participating student groups of 4,5, & 6 will be provided selection times randomly. They will choose housing on Thursday, March 27th, 2026 at 3:00pm. 

Participating student groups of 3 will be provided selection times randomly. They will choose housing on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 at 3:00pm. 

Rising junior and senior students may be placed in the following buildings:

  • Montrone and Pilarz Apartments
  • Romero and Madison Apartments
  • Linden Apartments

Apartment facilities include bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. There are a limited number of apartments that include double (shared) bedrooms. Students should discuss this possibility amongst their groups ahead of time.

Housing Selection Timeline

Thursday, March 26th @ 3:00pm: Rising Junior & Senior Live Online 4, 5, & 6-Person Selection

Wednesday, April 1st @ 3:00pm: Rising Junior & Senior Live Online 3-Person Selection

 Information sessions will be offered in February to students to learn more about the process and ask any questions. Dates and times are:

  • Wednesday, February 18th, 2026 @ 2pm in Collegiate Hall in Redington Hall.
  • Friday, February 20th, 2026 @ 10:30am -- Virtual Session -- Sign up in RoyalSync!

Housing selection timeline as follows:

  • January 5th, 2026: Individuals Seeking Groups and Groups Seeking Individuals applications open in the Housing Portal. Captains for groups of 4, 5 & 6 can access the Housing Portal and set up group.
  • February 27th, 2026: Forms Close in Housing Portal
  • March 6th, 2026: Groups of must be finalized and will lock in the portal
  • March 24th, 2026: Selection Times Released
  • March 26th, 2026: 4,5,& 6 Person Live Selection Starts @ 3pm
  • March 30th, 2026: Selection Times Released for 3-person groups
  • April 1st, 2026: 3-person Live Selection @ 3pm
